My first favorite film! My feelings toward this movie have constantly changed since I was in high school—sometimes I find the characters infuriating, sometimes I find them deeply affecting. But what never changes is how strongly it sentimentality resonates, and how much it captures the thrill of purpose breaking through your daily routine.
